UK mainland orders are charged at £4.99 for all orders.  Depending on the size and weight of the goods you order, your delivery will be either via  Parcelforce 48 hours, or  Royal Mail

For delivery outside the UK mainland please contact us on 01743 441946 and  we will be happy to quote for delivery to your area.

Delivery Time
If your requested items are in stock we aim to despatch them from our premises on the next working day, in which case you will receive your order within 3 to 4 working days.  We will always endeavour to deliver within 10 to 14 days at the outside.  Please do let us know if there is particular urgency with your order in which case we will do all we can to ensure it is sent as quickly as possible.

Damaged Goods

All items are inspected for damage before they leave our premise, however  in the unlikely event that they are damaged in transit, then please let us know immediately.  Give us a call on 01743 441946, or email us on info@cookingmarvellous.co.uk (We respond to all emails within one working day) , and we will ensure that we can get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible.   In order to minimise any inconvenience, we will generally accept a photographed image of the damage, and resend the item as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Should you decide that you do not wish to keep the goods  you have ordered, then please return them to us within 14 days.  As long as they are in their original packaging and in good condition, we will happily refund the cost of the item.   Our address for returned items is:
